Went in to buy fried chicken and there was like 5 pieces in that huge tray. The worker told me that it will be ready in 20 min. If you're low on fried chicken when its on sale you should be constantly making fried chicken, if it is halfway gone then you should throw in another batch. Common sense! This was at 1030am. Worker should be trained better at his job.
plenty of carts now, which is awesome! why aren't bananas in the self checkout screen menu? you have to scan the barcode to the left of the screen. not under yellow or bananas, which is, in itself, bananas. also, it should be criminal to look up cilantro and see the word 'organic' in green, on top of a green cilantro image so you can barely see it. wonder how many people have made that mistake.
Always a great deal and friendly staff at Albertsons. The fresh meat you can't find anywhere else. Weekly deals and clean store...yes please and thank you
Chelle worst customer service. You ask her a question about a product she says I don't know and she waves her hand like your a fly. Replies I don't know over 3/4 in the middle. To find out it was on aisle 6. I rather hurt be honest and tell me she didn't know and she'll see if anybody else knew. That have been better service. The gentleman and the deli department The three men were very kind I'm sorry I did not get their names. I'm very helpful. Today is August 19th, 2024. Checked out approximately at 11:50 a.m. Suggestion since Chelle doesn't like her job with customers. She should be working in the warehouse or stocking or pushing carts that is her value at Albertsons. Albertsons shouldn't have a bad reputation because of Chelle.
Went in early today and the deli did NOT disappoint... Daniel did an impeccable job and I believe it hurt his heart to scoop them LOL... but they looked soooo good - I'll have some of that and that and that oh and that
Tyler who mans the deli area is the best, most fantastic Albertsons employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Super courteous, funny and awesome. He was able to predict EXACTLY what I was going to order the second I walked into the store and had it prepared before I even approached. Not easily impressed I am. However, he had me smiling and speechless.
Always overcharged at register. My bill is always 20% higher at least then listed prices. Whether its the U deal scan not matching or simply outdated labels who knows. Worst is you have incompetent people like the younger guy running self checkout 3pm on Sunday March 10th, 2024 so you can't even bother someone to get it fixed. I live right next to this place and save more if I call an Uber both ways to go to another store that doesn't scam its patrons & play dumb about it on the way out. Not good business. And don't blame it on the app. It works fine at other Albertsons, its just this store.
OK. Tyler in the deli has great customer service. Albertsons deli never disappoints. The product & the deli team are hard to beat. I complained about the bakery never having Sugar Bowl Madeline's. Kim & Devon addressed it. I have Madeline's in my cart today & I'm happy !
self checkout only this morning... I put back the ice cream, left the cart full... went and spent $200 at smith's, instead... no reason for no registers being open other than laziness and bad management...
