The people working their pharmacy, are absolute morons. Went there today explaining that I please needed an eye drop for severe allergic, itchy eyes. This is how it went down, while asking the pharmacist for help. 1 He recommends a brand and I search all the eye drops and the brand he recommends is nowhere to be found. 2 I go back to him and explain this. Keep in mind, the eye drops are only about 15-20 feet away from the pharmacy, where nobody offered to come out to help. He consults with the other pharmacists and nobody seems to have an answer. 3 As they are going about their business, right under the pharmacy window, I spot the brand he recommends, pick it up, show it to them, and everyone is happy. I live about5 miles away from this location and when I got home, I notice that it is anti-histamine nose spray, when I clearly mentioned several time, I wanted eye drops. I already had plenty of anti-histamines, that didn't work. This is exactly why, I HATE asking anyone in stores for help anymore. They hire the biggest idiots, or employees that just couldn't care less. Now, I have to drive back there tomorrow, and get a refund. Personally, I feel like taking it and throwing it at them through the window!

The Vons grocery store is really close to my house. and therefore a convenient location to do some quick shopping. There are several things I always liked about Vons, such as the higher quality produce and meats. The prices are usually higher, as well, but you get what you pay for. That being said, they sometimes have good deals when you catch them at the right times! My husband ran into the Vons grocery store for us on Cinco De Mayo and decided to pick up some things. Noticing that they had a sale on cheese, he grabbed a few of the packages. but couldn't scan the coupon. He brought it up at checkout. His phone fell out of his pocket while working, and the screen shattered. It makes it hard to use aside from minimally. He's getting a new one but hasn't had the time to do just yet. Since his screen is damaged, he requested to give his phone number to the checker instead to honor the coupon and receive the discount. They have done this on previous occasions just to make the process quicker for us when I hadn't scanned the coupon on the isle, so it's not an issue. This time, the reason was needed, and he asked the cashier ahead of time nicely. She said no, you have to go on the app. He said he would have no problem doing so, but look at the condition of his phone, and asked her to please help him out this time... She said very rudely, "No! That's the way it is! You have to use your app!" Omg, blows my mind! I wanted to storm in there and talk to the manager, but I suppose they just will have to lose our regular business, and we'll drive a mile down the road instead! They should at least be polite to their loyal customers. What an outrageous experience. Completely reversed Vons being a good place in our minds. All by account of an insanely rude and blatantly inconsiderate employee!

My favorite flower shop in town for many years, always fresh flowers available and best florist in town. The lady who used helped me to pick flowers retired, and now another nicest lady helped me to have the best New years Eve flower gift for my friend. Overall services are nice and kind employees, all should receive generous bonus thanks windmill Vons team God bless you all

The store always has great savings on everything. All the employees are so polite. The one thing bad I would say. Who ever they get their watermelons from. Has got to be Lovin selling them the ABSOLUTE worst tasing watermelons in the world. They have absolutely no taste and it’s like biting into a Carrot or cucumber. I’ve tried 3 times and every time their all exactly the same nasty taste. To bad they don’t quarantee freshness or it’s free. My grandkids spit them out every time.

They had a good deal this time going on see pics lol. Family nice like store gives comfortable shopping vibe while loving in vegas for us locals.

The staff are so friendly. Tracy was helping me with flowers and she stayed 15 mins past her shift to help me and I had no idea until after when I asked what time she was off. People like this are rare and I am so appreciative of her doing this for me. Brandy also helped her with the flowers for me. I am very thankful.

I got a pickup order after work, and that was it. But hey, it went smoothly, the staff is friendly, and the app made things clear. They actually gave me decent quality bananas too, you don't always get that with drive up, so I think the 5* is deserved here
