The Cookie Zoo is truly above the rest for best-tasting cookies, best decorating designs, and exceptional customer service. I've been ordering cookie/brownie trays for our granddaughters for a couple of years, and they're always a hit. The owner, Whitney is amazing; she's friendly, yet professional, and goes above and beyond to fulfill our expectations. If a 10-star rating were possible, I would give it without hesitation.
Cookie Zoo was beyond amazing!!!! Whitney answered my call immediately, helped me discover what I needed for my event, and had the order ready within a couple days! Not to mention that the pricing was totally fair, and the cookies were a huge hit!
Beautiful cookies and exceptional customer service! I ordered a tray of cookies and treats for Mother's Day and they were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. We had some custom sugar cookies made with family photos- I am super impressed by how well they turned out!! My mom was very pleasantly surprised- I think my sister and I tie for daughters of the year.

Had such a wonderful experience using cookie zoo for a baseball party thrown for a friends son! They took my order the week of and the cookies were awesome. Seriously they were the hit of the party! And delicious!! Friendly service and reasonable on price...Will absolutely use cookie zoo again for any of my cookie needs in the future!
I had the best experience ordering from here and will definitely do it again in the future! I was looking for a place to do specialized cookies for my son's first birthday and decided to go here based on the reviews. It was a seamless process figuring out the design for the cookies and the ordering process was seamless as well. The day of the party I got a call from them and they offered to drop the cookies off at the party since they were already going to be in the area for a delivery! It was such a surprise and was much needed for my hectic day. On top of that the cookies were a hit! They were so delicious and they were exactly what I wanted!
First of all, the cookies were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by both adults and children. Secondly, I appreciated that Cookie Zoo was able to step up and help us out since we were in a bind to find decorated cookies for my grandson's First Communion celebration. I would highly recommend the quality of the cookies and the affordable cost.
So easy to work with and creative. They were so accommodating as well as having great ideas to complement my order. Very impressed and the cookies and brownies were delicious. I will definitely be using Cookie Zoo in the future.
