Crumbl Cookies NEVER fail to disappoint! There’s always a great variety of flavors and they always seem to come up with delicious new ones too. I go to Crumbl often to get cookies for work celebrations - birthdays, new employee welcomes, and goodbyes. The shop I frequent is always super clean and the staff is so friendly and pleasant. Quality is always consistent - I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks Crumbl!
17$ for 4 cookies The price is quite steep for a slightly above average cookies in my opinion. The oatmeal raisin cookie was the best of them all. I would go there again, but only if I was a fan of the flavor that they have. The worldwide hype is a bit too much for what you actually get. The staff was nice and friendly. 4/5 stars
Hi! I'm just gonna say the churro was my favorite. It had a very nice taste. The chocolate chip I didn't think could be bad, but I did not care for this chocolate chip cookie. I honestly would've liked it without all the icing, but really good cookie Food: 3/5
Waited 1.5 hours for our Uber order when it was supposed to be 15 minutes, asked our Uber what was going on. He said they were creating a fresh batch, so we understood why it took longer. Once we received the order, we realised it was a very small box. Opened it to see 6x MINI cookies when we can’t even order minis? And extremely stale? Beyond confused as we’ve always loved Crumbl Cookies before. Sorry team, dropped the ball on this one.
Would give zero stars. Very unprofessional and all of the cookies that I received were backwards. The warm ones were cold and the cold ones were warm. It seemed as though they had all been sitting out except for the strawberry one that was so hot all of the frosting melted off. They were out of 3/6 flavors. they replaced my missing cookies all with the same flavor causing me to have 4 of the same flavor. If I wanted to get 3 flavors off cookies I would have saved myself the money and ordered the smaller box. I didn’t know any of this until I had already gotten home as they had put the sticker on the box without showing them to me before hand. If you want crumble cookie in the Las Vegas area I would suggest going to 1 of the other 7 locations they have within a 13 mile radius. I will be requesting a refund. I know I sound like a Karen right now, and that’s because I am being one but normally I am not like this. I am just so upset by this that I downloaded google to make my first ever review if that tell you anything
Went to the location in Centennial for the 2nd week and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will be returning this week. Thank you much!Food: 5/5
The cookies were okay but place was a mess, the box they gave us was dirty and when we requested a new box the girl there said " I don't think a new box will help, our station is nasty"Food: 2/5
All in all, I'd say they were pretty good. The peanut butter was by far my favorite and I was pleasantly surprised with the wedding cake flavor. I'm not a big fruit flavored fan but the raspberry topping was just right - not too sweet, but sweet enough, cream-cheesy with just a hint of raspberry instead of smacking you in the face. Service was decent. I mentioned it was my first time and she explained how they have a couple constant flavors but rotate the others weekly, the quantities and prices they sell for and so on. Parking sucks cause you can't enter from the rear of the shop where the parking structure is located so you can either sneak through a neighboring restaurant or walk around the building to the front and only door. There's no place to dine in and no outdoor seating. Just an uncomfortable bench while you wait. Also, the person that wasn't helping me looked like they were miserable. Oh, and I remember seeing at least one fly near the counter. There wasn't much else to look at as they surprisingly didn't have any display cases or trays to drool over, simply one of each type of cookie on a board by the register. Were they good enough to warrant the price? Eh. Maybe once in a very great while but I think I'll continue on just fine without paying $24 for six good cookies again soon. But now I know. Cookies and Ice Cream? Yes please These cookies are AMAZING. Worth the trip, worth the price: Just DO IT! Wonderful walk up ordering on an iPad. You pay there as well. They have a great loyalty points program. I have not had one thing from here that was not next level deliciousness
When I got home and opened the box, one of the cookies looked like someone took a few bites out of it? Whoever packed my order did not notice a huge piece missing from one of the cookies? Unbelievable and unacceptable!
