Alder Property Management has been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to manage a property. As a first time landlord, many miles away from the property, I was nervous about how everything would work. The team at Alder made everything easy. They handled everything including getting the place ready to rent, screening tenants, repairs, and so on. We received regular updates from them, their records were meticulously kept on the easy to navigate online portal very important come tax time. An all around wonderful experience. So much so that, when I was able to invest in a second property I went back to them without hesitation.

Alder Property Management has been amazing to work with. They have managed my rental property for 15 years. They are always very responsive to any questions or concerns I have and provide monthly statements and year end rental income , expenses and repairs . As an owner of a rental our biggest concern is when a tenant leaves how long is it going to take before a new tenant comes in. I have had many tenants throughout the 15 years and every time they have signed a new tenant before the current tenant has even moved out. With the exception of a few minor hiccups toward the final phase of our lease most of which were admittedly remedied, this was a good company to rent a home through. Scott and his colleagues were very professional for each year of our tenancy, and Alder - as whole - was a very pleasant company to work with. Our relationship with Alder's staff was cordial and at no point were they ever intrusive or discourteous. Given the state of Portland's rental market this company was a pleasant suprise in terms of their structure and professional demeanor.
