I highly recommend Kristin Simpson of RMAOregon, Kristin is very professional, methodical, trustworthy and a well organised property manager, who keeps impeccable records. Kristin works very hard at screening tenants and making sure you get the best results for your properties.

They never answer there phones or return calls. I have lived in my place 2.5 years and it’s always been a problem. They upped my rent with out notice because we haven’t signed another lease, which I sent them all the info they needed back in march and never heard anything after that, or got documents to sign. Terrible service as a property management. Would not recommend

Do not follow the criteria they put forward on their website. It apparently means nothing. Matched the criteria to a T and yet were still denied. Told during the process they would allow a potential guarantor/cosigner once background came back, ignored that question completely. Try to pawn off on their third party instead of giving valid reasons. By law I do have a right to that information and will be working to get it. But wanted to say listen to the reviews here and stay far away!

Can't believe this place says open applications start at 8am and then don't list the house for applications at 8am! All this on top of having abusurd amounts of criteria compared to anyone else we have tried to submit applications to, procees with caution. Read the yelp reviews and think twice about working with these folks.

This Company has bad business Practices! I wish I could give them -3 stars. After deciding not to renew a lease they tried to issue a rent receipt with an incorrect date of 10 Days past due date in order to keep Security deposit. Will make You Wait over a month to return deposit even when You Leave Property better than You recived it, and still Dock You for BS. I would definitely Not recommend this company to anyone.

This company has corrupt business practices. I had an appointment for viewing, was told I was the first in line, then showed up for my appointment EARLY with application complete and the agent had already opened the door, 20 minutes before our appointment, and accepted application from someone else. He excused denying me my viewing appointment time by saying "people say they are going to do things all the time and don't do them", then took my application and payment as a backup. He said that my application fee would be refunded if they did not run my application. I have called the office several times to get an update and keep getting told they are still processing application on this rental, but I turned my application in about a month ago! So I drove by the place and there are people living there!! It seems as though RMA thinks it's okay to waste people's time, money and screw with other people's families and livelihood for their own profits.... If I could give negative -5 stars, I would.

Absolutely the BEST property management company!! If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would. Highly recommended!!
