When I reached out to inquire about a unit with Sleep Sound, I heard back immediately. Caitlin was by far the most responsive and helpful person I worked with in my home search, clarifying the application process and answering questions as they came up. I'm definitely grateful for my experience!

Had a wonderful experience working with Caitlin and the Green Team at Sleep Sound. I had been looking for a new place for a couple months and had some disappointing luck in my search. Caitlin was very prompt, courteous, and professional in her email exchanges with me. Arranging the property tour, filling out the DocuSign forms, and signing the lease was a smooth, seamless process. Can't say enough positive things about the way they do business here!

I rented with them from 2018-2020. One of the worst places I've ever rented from. Unresponsive to maintenance requests, the worst of which was our fridge and hot water being broken for weeks at a time with extremely delayed responses from Sleep Sound. Everyone I talked to was rude and acted like we were being too demanding for wanting a working fridge in our home. However the absolute worst thing they did was overcharge us by 50% for our last months rent and then took months to reimburse us. At one point they claimed to have sent out a check that we did not receive and then said they couldn't send another for a month because they needed to "make sure" we didn't cash the first one... the one we never received. If we had underpaid our rent by half they would have charged us interest, but they're able to withheld our money from us for months with no repercussions? They weren't even apologetic about it. Also in 2020 they tried to get around the covid ban on raising rent by raising our utility bill back to an obscene amount instead.

I worked with Michael for the last four years. I appreciate his punctuality and professionalism. He answers my emails promptly and works with me to fix the problems. I am very happy with him and with Sleep and Sound Property Management team.

Really appreciate working with Caitlin Austin at Sleep Sound Property Management. We have been in contact with her for over a year and it has always been professional and fast and helpful. One of the best parts of living in our building.

I hardly ever do reviews for companies but when I do i pride myself in being completely honest in order to help others. That being said. As of yesterday I’m a current tenant of sleep sound property management. The patients and helpfulness of all the team especially Alex Necas the leasing manager and Jose Daruich another part of the leasing team. Is the reason I’m writing this. They were awesome, responsive, and professional. From touring the property up until I moved in they were nothing but helpful. Made sure everything was smooth. Even when there was a hiccup in the process they worked with me to overcome it. I appreciate the whole team and definitely would recommend.

They are nice but I have had several problems with getting things fixed at my duplex. Not sure they can control that since the land owner is technically responsible but its been a hassle. They normally only do email correspondence. They have a good work order system but oftentimes the vendors they work never showed up or on time. Still most vendors were really great when they arrived and it was an old House.

I've been renting a home with Sleep Sound for the last 6 months. As a person in Property Management, I'm always nervous to rent from a company other than the one I work at. Sleep Sound has eased my mind as they're so responsive to any requests or questions. Romina specifically has been able to assist me in many ways and I'm very thankful! Thank you Sleep Sound and Romina!!
