I wish I could say the same. I had an ear infection that required an ear tube insertion to drain the bacteria from my ear. At our follow up the week after, I voiced my concerns; migraines, throat closure, shocking nerve pain along my jawbone. All he asked is who diagnosed my migraine! Set up an appointment for 2 weeks later. Sent me home with no antibiotics or pain medication. Ten days later I’m rushed to the ER at Queens with Bell’s palsy, half of my face drooping, unable to speak or close my right eye. Spent days at the hospital under an IV antibiotic and steroid drip. Possible damage to my right eye cornea without special care. My infection is worse than ever! If my headaches don’t clear, I have to check back in to the hospital and stay until they do. No game plan, no sharing of concerns, no medication for my pain or antibiotics for the infection! You bet I didn’t make it to my next appointment with him. He took a bad situation and made it worse with his lack of concern and I’m stuck with a half drooping face. Terrible, terrible doctor! Unforgivable treatment. I’ll be reporting him to the board for sure! Shame on him for the additional pain and discomfort he brought into my life. I wouldn’t trust Dr. Liu enough to put a band-aid on me!

DR LIU took over post-surgery when the previous EENT retired. Very- no nonsense while still maintaining a very pleasant manner.I find him very knowledgeable and up on the most recent advances. He's affable and never to busy to answer a question. Also, a pleasant and efficient support staff makes this a practice I hope to continue to use for a long time. Just a small addition, unfortunately his practice is no longer open to me as they don't accept my Medicare Advantage plan.Mahalo, Bob Schwager

My husband was referred to him for a growth on the side of his tongue. He's a wonder doctor, did an awesome job and has great bedside manner! We would DEFINITELY recommend him.

Dr. Liu has changed my life! He lets you know about everything wrong and what you can do to help treat yourself. I had surgery with him and recovery was a breeze! I’m haven’t felt this way for 13 years now and I’m happy I went to Dr. Liu! Highly reccomend

I try to call in the early afternoon and the answering machine says it’s close I look at the website and they are open from 8:30 am till 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday they need to check their website
