DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR." A delightful front desk experience with the kindest receptionist/assistant I've met since moving to Oahu. However the doctor is bizarre beyond belief. He didn't seem to care or believe that I had an issue. After moving me to a prone position in one office without touching me he then said for me to get up and to another room. Same thing. I hung my head over and he tested eye movement for "crystals" which might be causing my dizziness. Then said NOPE can't help you. You have no crystals. And walked out of the room. He did say there was another procedure but it wouldn't help me because I didn't have floating ear crystals. I talked with the assistant after he left and asked what the procedure was. More head down on table. I asked to try it, did after she basically had to order him to return to the seedy room. He did without any kind word. Did the head down bit and he walked out. NEVER SPOKE TO ME. EVIDENTLY THOUGHT I WAS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF @#$%. Of course I'm finding another doctor and yes I have dizzy spells.

When my daughter and I moved to Hawaii from overseas, my daughter had to adjust to a new culture speaking english and her teacher thought she had hearing problem. Dr Tam found the problem, a lot of yuki dark brown clay, he made my child and me comfortable and the staff was very nice

Very sweet woman running the front desk. Exceedingly kind. Dr Tam is lovely and deeply experienced. Don’t challenge him to poker! Well done team.

I was referred to Dr Tam by my primary physician from a broken nose I received. It was a wonderful experience, and the Dr corrected my nose within a week. They were accommodating and I'm not sure what other reviews are talking about, but I have nothing but positive feelings about my experience there.

Worst Doctor I have ever been to in my life. I won't go into details because I'm trying not to get upset again, but all the other reviews on Yelp are 100% accurate. I don't know how this "doctor" still has a license. He is uneducated and incredibly rude. The only effort he applies is an effort to not do his job. I am pretty sure he is an alcoholic and maybe that is part of the reason, but I'm not sure. If you are looking to waste your time he is an excellent choice though. You can usually assume if a doctor no longer cares to have a clean waiting room he no longer cares about his patients. It was the dirtiest waiting room I have ever been in. Oh and the guy is a total Assh*le.

The most bizarre doctor's experience I have ever had. Not only was he not knowledgable about my problem, he didn't care. He told me that I was a unique case, and refused to order an MRI saying he didn't see anything wrong, so why delve any deeper. Stay away from this guy like the plague. -Chris

Very Careful & Competent Hands, which is what you want when someone is in your ears with tools. If you want someone to make you feel good, go see a psychiatrist. If you need your ears fixed Dr. Tam's the man.

This place is giving me hope for better hearing. So happy I got a referral from Waikiki Medical. I want to hear my boss, my mom, my friends and Dr Tam is gonna help me get there.
