Attended the Gala tonight and was reminded what a spectacular arts venue the Algonquin Arts Theatre is. This small town theatre routinely puts on Broadway-caliber shows in no small part due to a remarkably talented staff and dedicated local volunteers. This theatre is much-loved by residents and local businesses because it truly enriches Manasquan and its neighboring towns. Be sure to catch a show there if you haven't been before. A wonderful place to be entertained!

Play was terrific.  Seats were uncomfortable.  Management says new seats and people  were moving around in their seats because of the play. Not true, I spoke to at least 7 people  that said same as me, seats were in uncomfortable.

The show was great but the seats were old and very uncomfortable.  Most people were moving around in their seats because they were so uncomfortable.

What a wonderful local theater! Just saw A Christmas Story. Top notch! Why bother going to NYC. Stay local. Fuss free.
