Customer service like it used to be! Courteous, friendly, fast. and efficient. We were so happy we found All American Eyeglass Repair to have my husband's glasses repaired. We were told his frames with lenses less than a week old couldn't be repaired and new frames were no longer available. I am happy to say he is wearing his favorite newly repaired frames! Absolutely fantastic!! I mailed my glasses in on a Friday and had them back the following Thursday. The repairs were done perfectly, my glasses are like brand new. I would recommend All American Eyeglass Repair in a heartbeat to anyone needing repairs. The communication was excellent, the staff were very helpful and professional. Don't hesitate to send them your glasses if they need to be repaired.
I couldn't be more thrilled with this service! Rick was friendly and thoughtful in his approach. I sent him photos before sending in my favorite glasses because I had been previously told that my frames which have a "hidden" hinge couldn't be repaired. Rick said he could do it and I had them back very quickly and repaired perfectly. A friend had recommended their Seattle-area location but I can personally attest that Rick in Columbus also does a great job!
Emailed to ask about a couple pairs of glasses. One wire frame snapped apart on the nose bridge and I had cracked the lens on my Ray-Ban sunglasses. They responded very quickly to my email and quoted me an accurate price. I mailed the glasses in on a Wednesday, they got there Friday, and my glasses were back in my mailbox on Monday! It was insane! And both look perfect. Highly recommend this company.

All American Eyeglass Repair did everything I was promised. They repaired the broken off nose pad arm for the price I was quoted. And began the return shipping, all on the day they received my glasses. The total door-to-door process was 5 days. I recommend them highly.

The work done to repair my eyeglasses was EXCELLENT. They had to make a metal piece and attach to the ear stem in order for it to fit properly. Job was FANTASTIC. They did Exactly what was promised. Annand The turnaround was only a few days.
These guys are miracle workers. Sent in my sunglasses that snapped right in half at the bridge. They were able to fix them and send them back right away. Looks brand new. Whole process took less than 1 week from the day I sent them in to the day I got them back. Super affordable too, especially based on what replacing these would have cost. Great work!
