One of the absolute best experiences I’ve ever had. Each person there is so respectful and understanding of people and their individual situations. Alannah is such a delight to be around, she is so knowledgeable and people-centric. She helped me from the time I walked in, to the time I left - even helping me find the perfect match for my aesthetic! Dr.Karen was a tremendous example of what thorough wisdom brings to the industry, and helped me through every step and question I had. Liz was also awesome - her laughter fills the room! Full transparency, if you’re going to be on the lookout for an eye-exam, frames, or even just have questions: go to Harris! Definitely will be back and already recommending to all my friends and coworkers! Word of mouth is so important in todays climate and I must say - 5 stars well deserved, Harris!!!

Please go get your eyes taken care of somewhere else. This place fired a pregnant woman right before she gave birth and lied to unemployed office in writing multiple times. I wonder how many ppp loans you received but could be relied upon to continue employment for a pregnant women. Do yourself a favor and go to the next eye clinic

Hooray, found just the frames I needed, actually frameLESS. Got my exam at Eyes on high but they no longer carried this style. No worries, their sister store did. I have to wear impact resistant lenses due to very fragile eyes with limited vision in left eye. Patience was the key word while visiting this office. Everyone who worked with me showed no irritation at my indecisiveness and trouble finding just the frames to suit my fancy. Highly recommend to anyone, special needs included.

I have been going to them for years and they have always been great to me. I had an issue with my eye last week and they were able to get me in the same day, and the Dr. even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Dr. Reed you are a rock star. I have never had a eye Dr. ever call me back to check up on me before.

Don't go there! The price I paid was ridiculous for what I got. The glasses don't fit right and I still can't see well. The finish on the expensive Italian designer frames began peeling almost immediately.

The name is Really Just a Coincidence. There are lots of people named Harris. Starting in first grade, my parents started taking me here. Being a 6 year old, I wanted glasses, just to be different. The optometrist was able to smoke out my faking. When my own kids got old enough to possibly need glasses, I took them there, of course. My youngest, of course, wanted glasses like Mom, Dad and both of his siblings. His eyes were fine, though. As a result, he tried the same thing I did, but the new doctor was able to smoke out his faking. Sometime around 1980, my dad dropped his glasses in Hoover Reservoir. This was before cellular phones, and we were a one car family. As a result, my dad had to dock the boat with HORRIBLE eyesight, and then, proceeded to drive home without his glasses. He had an old pair of glasses to get through until Harris Opticians could make him a new pair. They Would Not, however, make him a pair with the same frame as he'd lost. They were Air Force Issued Birth Control Glasses. They were worse than the current issue, which is brown and looks bad. These black horn rims were AWFUL. The people at Harris Opticians told him that they would not sell him another pair of those. They found a pair, for a lower price, that took more abuse than the plastic horn rims would have while changing a tire, the lug wrench hit him in the face, bending the glasses. His old BCG's would have certainly broken.. This company, from what I understand, was the very first dispensing optician in Ohio. They've been doing it for a long time. The owner at the time, told my dad that he would never let a person walk out of HIS store with uncomplimentary looking glasses. he was a little more blunt, but I don't remember the exact words. After my recent ordeal with Lenscrafters, I'm going back to Harris Opticians. Besides; Smith's Deli makes a great Reuben!

They were quite helpful. Great service. Different form most glasses business they do carry prescription safety glasses.
