All American Self Storage

My experience with AAA All American has been great. It is my 3rd time using them and always the most pleasant staff. Never had a problem of any kind. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I have been with AAA All American Self Storage in Ontario since the beginning of 2021. Ms. Mary and her team have been an absolute pleasure, they are and have always been welcoming with smiles and manners. They keep the entire Storage complex in tip top shape and there has never been any issues. Due to me moving, I unfortunately had to release my unit and I am so sad about it. All American Self Storage in Ontario is definitely the one to have a storage unit at.

This place is very clean, and the prices are great. My experience with them has been very good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service. The lady in the office Mary is very friendly and helpful.

I have a sister who has a storage with you guys and I’ve been struggling to find a good storage place with good prices and no hidden fees and my sister recommended I come here so 3 weeks ago I came here and I was blown away at the prices and the customer service! Mary is such a sweet lady bless her heart she helped me with everything and Rachel was so helpful as well. I love making my payments in person just so I can see these two and have a conversation. I would most definitely tell my friend and family. If you’re looking for a storage unit All American is your place!!!!

I’ve had my storage at AAA for over 10 years. The facilities are excellently maintained, the customer service is unparalleled, especially when working with Mary and for the rate, I have a very nice sized unit. I have referred many people to AAA and will continue to do so!

Was looking for boxes and a supplies to help move . Came across this very unique storage place , I’m used to public storage . So over priced boxes , over priced tape , rude customer service , can’t answer any of my questions with out looking at me like I can’t comprehend anything . So I decided to give AAA a little glance wanted to see what they were about . I met the most heart warming , sweetest lady yet Mrs.Mary , very sweet lady . She answered all my questions with out and hesitation, didn’t even look at me like I was crazy , had this amazing smile on like she was very eager and happy to answer any questions i through at her . The prices here were unbeatable . The customer service here was in undeniable. Then I wanted a tour just to see if stuff will be safe and secure , Ms.Rachel gave me a lovely tour of safe secure and very clean environment . I came out with a new storage unit , and I might say maybe some new friends to come and have a little chat with when I come pay for my unit . This lady’s made my moving experience much better and much cheaper than it would have been at Public Storage . AAA you get a 5 Stars with me !

This is by far the best storage company I’ve used. Mary was so helpful with getting us set up with the perfect size and great pricing. 100% recommend!

Rachel and Mary do an incredible job they give 200%. The facility is incredibly clean and is professionally run, I've been renting here for 14 years and will never leave #1 storage facilities in Ontario!

This place by far has to have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, the lady miss mary was such a nice lady and she even spoke Spanish to my mother she made our experience quick and easy. Definitely telling more of my family to come here for all their storage needs!!

Mary Gutierrez was amazing! She helped & answered all my questions.. just moved here from out of town and need a storage to place my furniture and she helped me out greatly. Will be back to get a storage once I settle in.
