Very helpful front desk, Perla is very informational and thorough in the process. Clean and safe facility. You can feel comfortable leaving your whole life in a unit if need be. Will be leasing with StorAmerica for a while. Thanks again!
Having gone to other storages where there is no communication I really appreciate StorAmerica in Ontario. My move in experience into this storage took no time at all and the lady is so nice and helpful. How it is to get a storage here is topnotch quality even more so compared to Public Storage.
Awesome staff! Dulce went out of her way to help me find the perfect unit. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The storage units are very clean. The facility is very professional and safe. Over all great staff and clean place. Thanks for all your help Dulce!

Price is good but the service the manager there is completely rude I'm helpful and they're basically stole money you can make a mistake on their website they just go ahead and charge you for the month and won't refund your money when it's there program that messed up if you don't want to throw your money away don't go here
The storage unit is honestly a lot cleaner than my last one and pretty spacious. The workers are very friendly and explained everything clearly with no problem and were nice enough to help me the the storage room I needed. I highly recommend and am glad I have a storage unit with them! Thank you for treating me like a friend/ family and not just a customer.
I was very fortunate to walk in that day and have Destiny help me out with a unit. She was very helpful and and treat with a lot of curtesy, she is owe some at the front desk.. I was content with the price on the unit…
Great place to store and awesome customer service with Perla at the front office. Got everything squared away for me and it was a breeze to sign my contract, get my code and store my things. Affordable pricing and worth my space. Also I didn’t realize I needed locks and I was able to purchase them at the front desk.
Best place to leave your belongings. What made my decision firm, was the great customer service the team provided for me. Very safe and well maintained areas. Cameras 24hrs surveillance. If your looking for a safe place to keep your storage, look no further than StorAmerica in Ontario.
