All My Sons Moving & Storage

Do not use this moving company! As a Real Estate Broker working with hundreds of movers over the years-my own personal experience with All My Son's was horrible. I was quoted and sold on a service that was just the opposite. Prep of my home was not performed, movers were hanging out on truck talking on cell phones, they packed the truck so horribly that they had to make two trips-it was not necessary. Please see photos of how they placed our items in our garage. The estimate to move out of the home was 3.5 hours and they turned it into 9! Manager said they would adjust charges, this was not done. When calling company management-calls were not returned. Hope no one else will have to have such a horrible experience as i have had.

Edite to add information requested. This was the first time we’ve ever hired a moving company and it will be the last time we use All my Sons. If I could give our experience a 0 star rating I would. Where do I begin... 1. They told us we were getting 5 men, we got 3. When I told their rep this information she said “well you weren’t charged for 5” not even acknowledging the fact that we were told one thing and got another. Not to mention, the move NEEDED 5 guys (see next). 2. I VERY SPECIFICALLY told them we had a storage unit we needed moved too. The estimator asked what was in it, how far, and said it would be no big deal. They didn’t move a SINGLE thing from our storage unit. When I explained this to the rep she told me that their notes indicate that the storage unit was to be a 2nd move which was NEVER communicated with me or else I would not have accepted and hired different movers. 3. They did not put our beds back together. They did admit that this was something that should have been done. 4. They “couldn’t figure out how” to get my treadmill in the basement.AS IF WE ARE THE ONLY ONES TO EVER MOVE A TREADMILL!!! So now my treadmill sits in my formal dining room, where they left it for my husband to deal with. 5. The estimator showed me their brochures where they put floor protection down, wrapped door ways and railings in padding. They didn’t do that at either home. When I inquired about this I was told it’s “a judgment call” when it was very clearly presented to me as their standard and was something I expected. When I called to let them know my disappointment I spoke with 3 different people and still got no resolution but instead very RUDE customer service. We hired All My Sons based on the information we were presented and the reviews but it was all a total nightmare I would not and will not recommend them. Move was under Jimmy/James Dew in Alexandria Oh on 5/18.

Absolutely everything went right. Great sales guy, best price, really nice guys moved me. Everything was wrapped and padded. Had my own truck so I felt good about everything getting from door to door safely. Highly recommend the Columbus, OH All My Sons crew.

Thank you so much Craig & Tim. Not only did they do a quick and very professional job. They had great personalities! I enjoyed the laughs. Thanks guys. I highly suggest you use All My Sons the next time you move.

I signed up for a late morning move meaning anywhere between 11am & 3pm. The movers didn't show til 6:30pm, after I took the day off work already. Then, they had the audacity to ask if they could cancel and come another day, as if people don't take off and plan these moves around their life and current lease. Also, they ripped my couch. On top of all that, I only got $30 taken off my bill!?!? I would never recommend this company to ANY of my friends and would advise them specifically to use any other company.
