All My Sons Moving & Storage

Scheduled a move 3 weeks out. Absolutely had to be that day in the morning, as this was a home for sale and replacement furniture was scheduled to come in that afternoon. I had been assured it was locked in. Called this morning to confirm and was told they couldn’t do it, maybe the next day. Despite being repeat customers and explaining that there were other deliveries contingent upon this move taking place on time, they were unwavering. No apologies no nothing. The truth was, I suspect, this was a small move, and something bigger and better came along, so no interest in fulfilling their commitment. Will never use, nor recommend them again.

Where to begin, I called and scheduled my move for Saturday morning (spoke to Damian) on Saturday morning as I waited for an ETA and never got a call; I called them only to find out they never actually booked my move but had all my info in the system. So I got pushed back to Sunday morning and the price was dropped. Sunday all seemed good until I was cleaning up the house and walked in on one of them using our bathroom(very awkward). I immediately left leaving my husband there. The main guy overseeing the other guys was smoking in the trailer with all of our belongings (not cool as I have an asthmatic son). And to finalize this experience they tried to charge us for packing supplies while we used none and thankfully got the charge taken off. Since things got pushed back a day my self and husband had to call out off work. What was supposed to be a stress free move was not.

Best money spent! My family and I never knew what we were missing out on. The entire move was really efficient, real carrying company. The movers arrived on time and took care of everything. Thank you! You made what would have taken days and back pain a thing of the past. Our apartment was upstairs and they came prepared with dolly's loaded there truck smart, hauled it away to storage. Anyone who wants to save days and be well rested in a move. Give All My Sons Moving a call! I know we will again soon once our house is ready.

Very shady work ethics- BEWARE! The Office staff is useless!!! The movers were great. They were kind and took care of my items. HOWEVER, I have had nothing but trouble with their office staff. I called and confirmed 3 times before moving day that we will be getting a moving truck with a hitch to tow a bike. The movers showed up with a truck... NO HITCH. Office mistake, shook it off. What is the MOST FRUSTRATING THING??? I have called every day since Tuesday asking for my receipt. THERE ARE 2 IMPORTANT REASONS WHY; 1st- This was a company move, so I need the receipt for taxes! VERY IMPORTANT!!! 2nd- THE CHARGED ME $300.00 OVER THE QUOTED PRICE AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A RECEIPT TO SHOW WHY i WAS CHARGED THIS MUCH!!! After calling twice today I still do not have a receipt. At this point I have to drive back to Tucson from Phoenix and ask for my receipt in person, seeing as the office staff is INCOMPETENT AND CAN NOT EVEN HANDEL THE VERY SIMPLE TASK OF PROVIDING A RECEIPT!!! I only received my invoice after this review was posted. And what is more is they called to question me about the review and why I left it. When I told them It was ridiculous the amount of times I had to contact them, they said they were sorry, but continued to call me when I said I would not remove this post!!!! RUDE, BRAZEN, INCOMPETENT!

Germaine and Anthony did an amazing job! Especially since they had to unload a 1250 lbs safe by themselves! This safe is 6+ft tall 4ft wide and 2+ Ft deep. all furniture was protected n delivered safely.
