I never write reviews, but my experience with this horrible company is worth sharing. First, they replaced 5 of the legs to my couch, chair, and ottoman with a series of mismatching legs for an unfathomable reason. They didn’t even match in design so they clearly didn’t even care about me noticing. Second, their lack of care in the crating process damaged many of my belongings, including a bass stereo on my high value items list. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

Great people. They will take good care of your stuff & make sure it gets where you are going in one piece. The Best!!!!

Just called to find out if they did cross county moves and the guy who answer'd the phone was very hard to understand and on top of that they only pack and move them the driver who takes everything unloads it,

Only gave one star because I couldn't give them any less. The absolute worst experience with moving I have ever had. (...which is saying something, considering I've moved 11 times) First off they were late, just went into our fridge, ignored our request to not leave the door open, broke items and failed to write them down, and when they left several items were missing that were NOT supposed to be packed. On top of all this, they have the WORST customer service. Very unprofessional and rude. Do NOT use this company to move your belongings.

Worst experience ever. Some lady edited our weight ticket and lied about it. Need to keep your employees in line. Needless to say we are getting JAG involved.
