All Occasions Flowers

Please don't waste your money here, order your flowers from anywhere but here. I chose this flower shop because the location (unfortunately I neglected to check reviews first), they are located next to the RV campground my parents are currently staying. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's day and what was delivered is not anything close to what I ordered. I purchased the deluxe graceful embrace to be delivered in a pretty stone pot for $54 and what my mother received would be comparable at best to any average everyday arrangement in a cheap glass vase maybe worth $20. I contacted the company to see how we can rectify the situation and have yet to receive a response.

I came on here expecting to have to write a long review, but I guess all I have to say is "Ditto". I, too, ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. They were supposed to be delivered Friday, they got there Tuesday and looked nothing like what I had paid for. I was told that the flowers I had ordered were hard to get in the desert...My suggestion would be to not offer that package, maybe? There was never any communication from the company on not being able to fix the issue. I asked for a partial refund which was agreed to, but now have heard nothing else. The way this has been handled (or not handled, really) is the most disappointing aspect.

I needed to send something special to my Dad for his 80th Birthday. I wanted it specialized to his specific favorites. Rob asked for a laundry list and went above and beyond to make a custom basket and delivery was done as promised to Bullhead City. Nicest Guy ever to deal with. Thanks Again!

I order my bridal bouquet, my husband's corsage,and a corsage for my mom all in yellow roses. My bouquet was so BIG AND BEAUTIFUL! Both corsages were beautiful also, but MY bouquet was so awesome! I was very satisfied! Wedding was February 24, 2018.

Long story short, I ordered flowers to get delivered to a friends hotel room and when I called the hotel to make sure they got delivered they told me they had no flower deliveries all day. I called rod right away and he answered quickly. I told him what happened and he drove back to the hotel to get the issue solved. He said he’d make a new arrangement if they weren’t at the front desk, Well they were there sitting on the desk when he arrived. There was just a Mix up with the front desk people or something. He stayed on the phone with me until the flowers were delivered inside of the room and my friend loved them. So thank you (:
