All Purpose Travel

I called to get help with planning a short trip, somewhere warmer than Missouri right now, and could not get any help unless I knew exactly where I was going, when I would be going and for how long. I began the phone conversation letting the agent know I was not someone that travels and would need help picking a place to go within my budget. I let her know that I could take off work about anytime with notice. If I knew enough about where to go, when would be the best time to go, and what it might cost then I wouldn't need a travel agent. I was very disappointed. I don't need a secretary to make the arrangements for me, I need guidance/advice. I did not get that and had to hang up. Frustrating!

All Purpose Travel Agency was great! I worked with Kathy, and she gave me lots of options and information for my family's trip to Italy. We looked at full tours, custom tours, and just hotel/air. We decided on a full tour, and Kathy was very thorough in communicating to me what to expect. She did lots of legwork, and sent reminder emails to make sure we paid off the full bill on time. Her attention to detail was great. Definitely recommend this agency.
