So far my experience with Cruise Holidays of Kansas City has been less than desirable. The staff does not pay attention to detail, they did not listen from the very start when they were told how important it is to me where I'm placed on an airplane and when there was an issue that could have been resolved and corrected with a phone call but instead they allowed my tickets to be declined because they failed to address they issue early. It cost me more money and their attitude towards my added cost was less than caring which further upset me. The reason for choosing a travel agent is because they are supposed to know the ins and outs and hopefully get you a better deal than you could have gotten on your own. Our trip is planned and has been for several months so I intend to continue through the process but Cruise holidays of Kansas City has their work cut out for them if they are going to make this a pleasurable experience dealing with them. I'll post favorably if they can turn this around until then I am not a happy customer.

Been on 7 cruises...Cruise Holidays (especially Andrea Redding) are an insurance of a.fabulous vacation. Can't brag enough on them. Gonna check out the "all inclusives" they recommend.
