All Seasons Pools

We needed service on a Sunday morning and Don accepted a call and patiently walked me through several steps to identify and fix the problem. It may turn out that we will need a check valve replacement if the problem resurfaces, but it was so great to have friendly helpful service on a Sunday morning. Thanks!

We're swimming and loving it! When folks ask if we would build a pool again, we say "Absolutely." It's the only way you can maximize the space and get all the features you want in the pool and the deck/cage. Stephen at AllSeaons designed a great pool and deck for us in a challenging space. It's fully functional for swimming laps yet he managed to include great deck space for entertaining. And of course the second question is, "Would you use All Seasons again?" We would, without reservation. Having watched the process, we know the quality that has gone into the construction which means endurance. And that's an importance condition in a harsh climate. The staff were unfailingly gracious and polite, Vanessa, Jaime, Brett, Derek and Dan and the pool technicians who got us up and running. Many, many people were involved in this complex project and, unfortunately, we don't know their names. We moved here to the Villages with the intent of putting a pool in. We found the perfect Courtyard Villa with the perfect yard to put a pool in. So we went in search for a company to build our pool. Finally after several month we chose All Seasons Pools to build our pool. Stephen did a beautiful design based on what we said we wanted and added some waterfalls which we love. So thank you Stephen. The project was started on Jan 4th and we were swimming by March 10th even after a few rain delays which no one can control,. We found that every crew that came in to work on the pool were very pleasant to talk to and was very courteous. Our back yard went from a plan backyard to an absolutely beautiful backyard that we enjoy every day. We would like to say a “BIG Thank You" to all the staff at All Seasons Pools especially to Jamie who came by to make sure that things were getting done right and to Vanessa who kept us informed on when each phase of the project was scheduled. Every time people ask who did our pool we let them know that All Seasons Pools did it and we will refer others. Thank you so much for something that we will enjoy for a very long time!!! All Seasons Pools began construction in November 2015. Told it could take upwards six months because of weather and other conditions beyond their control, the pool was completed by the end of January, and by the 22nd of February, the heater was turned on and the pool ready for swimming. All Seasons promised us many things before the construction began, and we are happy to say, they met them all to our satisfaction. The people who work for All Seasons are courteous and professional. Whenever we had a concern, they answered quickly. Some of the great people who were always there for us to ask our questions and receive prompt answers and service was, scheduler Vanessa and Construction Supervisor, Jamie Garrett. He really knows his stuff. Not to leave out the young man who arrived to fire up our pool, that’s swimming pool jargon, was Mathew. All of them made us feel like we were family. Another BIG help was the boss himself, Don Gardner. To us a friend, he assured we got everything done correctly and to our satisfaction. Kim and I would highly recommend this company for keeping their word and providing us with an outstanding swimming pool experience at a price we could afford.
