All Seasons Pools

After reading the reviews (after I signed with ASP), I was hoping I would be one of the ones that could give this company a 5 star rating instead of the 1 star version, unfortunately, that is not the case. Like many others, I chose All Seasons Pools not because they were the cheapest pool builders around but because their reputation for quality workmanship put them at the top of the industry. If they are one of the best out there, then this industry is truly in a sad state! We signed our contract with ASP in December of 2017, our Sales Rep Debra walked us through all of the bells and whistles and designed a pool for us that looked fantastic. We were told to expect a possible delay because Brevard county can take awhile to approve permits, at no time were we informed that ASP themselves were horribly behind schedule because they were inundated and short-staffed. The permits were approved in February, a perfect time to get the project started as the weather was dry and conditions were ideal! February came and went and so did March, other than a cursory note about our job being on the schedule, we heard from no one during that time, remember we signed in December! They finally broke ground in early April, dug a hole, built the shell....that's where we are now, it's late May and we have a shell that's full of rainwater, frogs and mosquitoes and no sign of when anyone is going to show up to move this project forward! It is now the rainy season and the delays will undoubtedly continue with the bad weather ahead, it looks like it will be late in the fall before we're doing any swimming...I honestly believe that some of these "positive" reviews are plants from employees to generate business. I find it hard to believe that one group of customers can have such a "wonderful" experience with the same company in dealing with right now... there is absolutely no excuse for such horrible service!

I just had my pool finished and I must say the craftsmanship, and end result was beyond what I could have imagined, the reflection from the sun and the granite we chose transcends me to a tropical island. My friends love everything about it and I am sure my summer weekends are going to consist of lots of friends, family and BBQ, The team at All Season Pool were all highly professional and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone wanting an AWESOME! mastery of a pool. Tom was very helpful and always available for any question we had.

I met with All Seasons to create my perfect Pool and they designed it into exactly what I wanted and more. The staff is very accommodating and resourceful, and treat their clients with their best interests in mind! They worked with my budget, and I was so taken back by how much I was able to get! My family and I are obsessed with our pool and now family time is all the more fun! Thank you All Seasons for your help! I would definitely recommend

Having a pool built by them now. They consistently promise they will be out to continue the construction and continually break the promises. They have not done anything to my pool in over 2 months. 10 days ago they sent me an email saying they had deck forming scheduled for the next day, they still haven't showed up. This has been the norm for them since day 1, if they tell you they are doing something tomorrow expect them about a month later if you are lucky. I would never deal with them again or recommend them to anybody.

Went for our first swim last night! When we decided to build a pool I treated it like a competitive solicitation. I wrote down what we wanted, drew some sketches, and sent it out to 12 pool companies. Seven responded and All Seasons Pools (ASP) had the best offer combining price and features with experience – that is why we selected them. ASP got to work right away. They did the drawings, applied for permits, but most importantly – they let us know what was going on. As to be expected with any major construction project, there were some problems along the way - and I am sure that would hold true regardless of who the contractor is because nothing is perfect and issues will always arise. However, in the face of those issues, ASP staff always communicated with me, let me know what was happening, and were ready and willing to do what was necessary to make sure the project was on track and that I was completely satisfied. In the end, the quality of the final product is what counts and ASP has delivered the goods. The pool is exactly what we wanted, it is built to last, it is a beauty to look at, and the staff has been awesome to deal with. My water is at 90 degrees – and I will be swimming again tonight!
