new secretary seems better thenthe last one I deal with, seem like she didn't want to be here. Not professional at all. If you don't like to deal with people don't get a job where you will deal with them.

Unpolite staff is changing a lot I had better experience year ago but now staff in some areas looking Facebook using phones won't be allowed during hours work is unprofessional , patient ask in other lenguaje to ask something some of the staffs are kind of rude take calls but the attention is poor mostly of the times the waiting for appointment usually takes more than 30-45 minutes 😏 , Professional staff NP and Doctors are great but the personal who takes information about patient mostly all them looks like angry or tired anyway the only reason to attend here are Doctors and some of the staff who treat people well hours to get appointments when you work are great.

I'm very concern about the services that they provide they never have an appointment when you call on time , I call at 8 am that was the hour that they are supposed to call to make an appointment they let me for 15 minutes waiting on hold and when finally i got a receptionist she told me that the doctor was full of appointment for the day really???? So I want to know when can I call to get an appointment!!!!

The expression is a quick and fast service. Make make an appointment you're in and out in the same day.
