I've been here a lot of times for family. The care can be good. I find that staff never get back to me about important issues. The parking lots are a shameless money grab that have less to do with accountability and more to do with increasing profit margin. Be prepared to get stuck because the gates malfunction. They will open it to all exiting traffic without a ticket if you call and get enough people to complain who are stuck in the line. Stay on top of the staff for your own health and the safety of your loved ones. Expect them to be rude, to transfer you with no more than a sigh, to have to repeat yourself multiple times. If you aren't getting anywhere with a staff member, go above their head. They won't listen to you, but they will to their supervisors. I know they are busy. We are all busy. Every hospital I've ever been to has been busy. This seems to be the only one that actually uses it as a credible excuse. If I don't come back here in 50 years, it will be too soon.

Yes you will likely have to wait in most instances, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. That means that your life is not in immediate danger. Being a level I trauma center and having a burn unit, and stroke center mean that your sore hand that you just closed in a car door, or 2 hours of vomiting may have to wait. Most of the staff is dedicated and professional, and do the best they can given what they may see on a daily basis. Try treating them with a little kindness, it will go a long way!

Have been waiting for 5 1/2 hours in the emergency room to be called. This is NOT delivering health with care. These patients should not be waiting all this time to be seen. Most waiting here are not here for the hell of it. No communication from the staff. Don't usually like to come here for ER treatment. Now I know why.

Amazing staff . We couldn’t ask for better care, Doctor Parmegiano was so incredible and determined to find out what’s going on with my son. Definitely trustworthy. The nurses as well were incredible helpful.

The worst experience I have had at any hospital. The 'volunteer' which is at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had followed the ambulance and EMS personnel, I parked my car and now I can not be let in since "Im not allowed to see them." This experience was terrible and Crisanta one of the paid staff members was even less helpful and seems to not care about any patients at all. The other interactions I witnessed in this place of death were terrible. What ever you do go somewhere else!
