First they listen, then they go to work to find that perfect place for you based on your request. They have access to hundreds of travel offers. The one waiting for you is only a visit and a meeting away. They want you to be absolutely satisfied with your choice, and can offer insurance to cover any unexpected events before or during you trip.

While the staff was nice and friendly, there seems to be a lot of disconnect between either the people who answer the phone or the agents and customers I’m not clear which. I called with a very specific ask for pricing - I had already done the research and work but was seeing how booking this way could benefit me. I asked for pricing and initially I was in awe the price was $2,000 less than what I found but that seemed a but much so when I asked for specifics they only sent me a quote for the cheap option not the all inclusive option I specified.  It’s a little off-putting when you make things simple and then get a bait and switch feel. Again they were courteous about it however just left a bad taste - in the end I was able to book better elsewhere.

I was extremely pleased with the luxurious vacation to Italy and Spain that that they had planned for me 100% recommend
