This place is a joke the only reason they're still standing... Is literally because they're probably one of the last brick-and-mortar travel agencies that you can walk into I regret the day I walked into it I mistakenly gave them one star means hated it I meant to give them zero Stars meaning I will never walk in there again they didn't help and they act like they didn't really know what was going on and on the phone they promise me they had stuff that I could see and they found they had nothing they had nothing for me to lay eyes on in the way of the trip that I was planning so why did they tell me they did don't go in there do it yourself....there it's too disappointing... WORST SERVICE EVER....

Lisa helped us plan or honeymoon getaway. She was extremely knowledgable and very helpful and engaging. She found out what we were looking for, knew things like how rocky the beach was at different resorts and in going through all our options we picked a great resort. Lisa helped us with flights, park and fly out of pitt and reiterated that if there was any problems at all she was just a phone call away.

If you don't mind multiple lay overs at a price for a single lay over go with these people. If you want an honest fair price and a realistic travel time do it yourself. The worst travel agency I have ever experienced and I travel all the time. If you hate your aging relative who have a hard time getting around and you want to punish them or kill them, send the to this agency.
