The comments on the bad review, stated we put them in a hotel that wasnt nice, when we didnt book it. Also we advise to check schedule changes prior to leaving, or checkin online within 24 hours so you are upto date with the most current information.

Great service!! They came through when a ship was late arriving and rebooked 80 flights.

Can you see the sucker coming? This agency screwed up, clearly, and will do anything to cover their tracks. Have you heard of customer service? The correct information was verified 3 times with the airlines and yet this agency continues to spew their untruths. Everyone makes a mistake...fess up! And lets talk now about accommodations ... did you yield a higher percentage on that dump of a facility you put us in the Keys? Picture this: all of our bathroom items were stacked on the 2 inch window ledge. It went downhill from there. Should I post pictures??? Do not underestimate your customers. They are NOT local yokels. Some of us are well traveled. Do not use this agency!

Tried to support a friend who had mistakes on his itinerary from Ketrow in Duncansville, Pa. Ketrow wouldn't be supportive at all and we verified time and time again that they made the mistake according to the airline company. They also picked a horrible location in Key West for a price that we verified was overstated in relation to other hotel/motels I checked when I was there. I did not personally use Ketrow but saw what my friend went through after his first vacation from major cancer surgery three years ago. Believe me, Ketrow did NOTHING for him - I urge you to never use them.
