Allstate Insurance Agent: Gregory Owens

I could not recommend staying away from this insurance office more. Gregory Owens Allstate representatives are by far the most unresponsive insurance brokers I have ever worked with. I signed up for a renters insurance policy with them in 2012 and thought the representatives were fine at first. The first year my policy came up for renewal, I got a notice in the mail of the renewal and had questions regarding a rate increase for the region and how I could get a better rate. It took an entire month of trying to call and emails to get a response out of the office. I finally was able to reach someone the day before the policy was up. After awhile I felt as though Owens was intentionally brushing me off. It has to take some effort to leave a customer's request to improve their rate unanswered for that long. Choose any other insurance office and any other insurance company. You will not be happy if you start working with this office.
