Chris Miller - State Farm Insurance Agent

It's unfortunate to read the bad reviews Chris Miller and his team received. My experience with Chris was above and beyond superb. I submitted an online inquiry in search of a lower insurance rate. Chris received my inquiry and contacted me immediately. From the first call he was very professional, courteous and just nice. He offered me a better rate than my current company on auto and home insurance, so I decided I would switch. During the process (over a 2 day period) each time I called the office Chris and his team were very professional and attentive. Chris responded to every e-mail very promptly, and was very hands-on in assisting me with the first time online registration. Unfortunately during the process I read the reviews and had second thoughts about switching. Ultimately decided to stay with my current carrier. I shared my concerns with Chris about his reviews and offered some suggestions to which he was very receptive. He never became defensive or unfriendly. He didn't pressure me to change my mind. He wished me well and hoped to build a relationship in the future as his client. Lastly he followed up with me two weeks later to ensure that I received my refund (which I did with no problems). I can't express enough how impressed I was with Chris and his team. If I ever decide to change insurances he will be the first person I call. I don't know Chris Miller personally so I have no hidden purpose in giving him a 5-star review other than to share my experience. My hope is other people will read this review and give themselves the opportunity to receive the exceptional customer service I had with Chris and his team.

Beyond AWFUL!!! I decided to leave my auto insurance company for over 15 years (VERY VERY BIG mistake) to get a better rate with Chris Miller/State Farm. Chris Miller/State offered 40% less than what I was currently paying for the exact same coverage. So I left my former auto insurance company (who wouldn't? Right?). Three months later, they came back to me and said the underwriters adjusted my insurance and they TRIPLED my rate, so now I'm paying more than my original auto insurance company. Of course, I'm going to leave State Farm. This is LITERALLY THE MOST DISINGENUOUS company. I will likely file with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have been with The Chris Miller office for two years. every encounter has had some kind of issue. There is always something they don’t tell you on the phone. Or something they don’t mail you On time most recently they mailed me a already outdated insurance card prior to that they quoted me updated insurance price and after paying it they forgot to tell me I owed more based on my previous credits from last year

First I am a customer who was given a policy made a payment they made a mistake on my policy by putting 1 letter wrong in my name and then cancelled my policy and I reach out to the agent who was helping me and he agreed he had made a mistake and then never return my call let my policy lapse and the raised my premium from 250 to 478 dollars and now I'm in there office waiting for someone to assist me straight bad business.
