I have been a State Farm customer for nearly 20 years (if not longer) and have appreciated the excellent customer service, assistance and support that has been provided by Mr. Kevin Hassett and his staff. Any questions or concerns that I may have had regarding my home and auto insurance have always been answered thoroughly and promptly. Over the years, I have found that I could always count on Mr. Hassett and the staff to be there for me. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly individuals who truly provide exceptional customer service. Worst insurance experience. Cost me thousands. Inexperienced staffers.
