Poor service.  Jose provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted him to put coverage into place that day.  I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance.  After two days, I called to find he had left on vacation.  I spoke to his assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address.  I asked that Jose call first thing Monday upon his return; he did not.  I wrote him and called him and left a message; no reply.  I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable. On top of that he stole $750 from me which was never returned.

worst insurance company ever. they have poor service do not get into an accident with one of their insurers they will not pay up when it was their insurers fault. highly disgusted and disappointed.
