Agent was really happy to discuss any needs when we needed the business insurance but has been TOTALLY unresponsive since then.

The best part is the fact that if you want to switch agents with AllState the existing (non-communicative) agent needs to sign a consent form before AllState will do anything.

She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I switched from another insurance and saved almost 500 dollars. I will recommend her to everyone for personal or business insurances. Thanks Venice.
