I was with this company for 19 years. My son at16 got his license had a very small fender bender that was not his fault from my view. But they ins people decided it was. Racked my rates up thru the roof. I paid it for 2 years n then they decided to raise it again. At another 400 a month. So I had to cancel them and get a refund check even thou I called n told James not to take my money from my account that month.  Which they did anyway. My 1190 was taken n then after only 5 days of ins coverage my refund was 691. That math don’t add up. So glad I moved on from these crooked crooks. Be warned stay far away from this group of conartist. Oh n the one star was only because I couldn’t leave a no star. Or I would of

I have been with this agent for 15 years. This will be my last. I called them to get an explanation for the rates going up on both of my vehicles. I  have not filed any claims. They claim it due to the state raising them. If that were true why can I go to a different company and instantly pay less? Especially when they claim that I am getting their special discounts.  I have left several messages for Fred Gossage to call me and have not received a single call. Obviously he does not need my business. The office staff is not very knowledgeable. God help you if you get into an accident and have to file a claim.

This office is fantastic! Fred and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They helped me set up a life insurance policy that is perfect for my budget and needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!!!

My grandfather passed away and we found an insurance card good til December so we thought his car insurance was expiring. So we paid the minimum payment which was $354.36 (After explaining what happened) so his vehicle wouldn't be on the street without insurance. We later found other cards that were newer and said he was good til JUNE. So state farm took our money for no reason. Tried to call and explain and got an attitude. First it was "some money can be refunded" then it changed to "Those cards are just mailed out in advance and he did owe." WHICH ONE? A refund or oh no actually...it was expiring???????????? Disgusting, he died and we deal with this. And we did not ask for a "monthly payment" we asked to pay the minimum payment until we could handle everything with the car. Money hungry and not helpful at all.

Wish I could give 0 stars because that's they deserve. I called for some help with fraud and everyone in the office wasn't able to assist me and they were rude and unknowledgeable about it all. State farm needs to investigate this corrupt office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE, GO ELSEWEHRE.
