Thanks for helping my family and I.  I was with state farm for years and never thought of shopping around for auto insurance. I received a postcard  in the mail to call my local office. My agent was Oscar Soto  and I want to say how helpful he was with the process.  Currently working on my home and rental property with Oscar.  Both of my homes  were written as my primary homes with state farm?!  If something would have happened my rental would not be covered. That's crazy! I rather do things the right way v.s the easy way.  If you are looking for great customer service call and ask to speak with Oscar Soto.

Oscar helped me get started with my first policy after branching off of my parents' policy. He was very patient answering my (many) questions, since I wasn't really sure what I needed to do (I didn't even know what a VIN was... so I really knew nothing). He was able to get an exact quote to me in less than 5 minutes, explained exactly what was covered, and was able to activate my policy a few days later on a Saturday afternoon. I am very happy that he gave me a call after starting my online policy, I saved a good amount of money by using Geico, and love that they are local and so easily accessible!

The worst insurance ever. I had insured by Geico for two years, paid all unreasonable prices on time but when it came to a real accident, they didn’t cover anything and didn’t repair any damages of my car. Even after I moved to another insurance, they still tried to charge me for the period I didn’t insure by them. From my bad experience with them, I won’t ever recommend Geico insurance to anyone from my friends, family and co-workers.

Got a very good qoute from the team that sits in this local office. They were very polite and helpful. I got the best rate for my auto insurance as compared to other insurance companies.
