Please go to another All State Agent or another Insurance company. My conversation between my All State insurance agent and me today, Feb 1, 2018. Please keep in mind, he is not a friend. After a brief intro.... Me: Hi, could you please email me my auto policy Agent: Which Auto policy? You have two. Me: what two policies? Agent: yes, you have two different policies? Me: what? Doesn't make sense, 3 vechiles, 2 policies? Agent: hahahaha....which policy? Hahaha Me: (In my mind. I'm questioning that why is he laughing) i don't understand what 2 policies! Just send them both. Agent: hahahaha.....hahahaha... oh my god, which policy? Oh my gosh! Me: (I'm getting irritated about the laugh as if a "You are dumb" laugh) just send me both policies! I don't understand, what so f-ing funny? Agent: don't talk to like this Me: instead of laughing at your customer of whatever lack of knowledge he has, shouldn't you educate him? Just send me the policies! Laugh at your client who has been with All state for a very very long time for don't know or understand the policy? Either this guy is on drug or just an S Seriously, did I say something disrespectful to this dude? NO, I politely asked. By the way, i didn't choose him the first place if you even wonder, my policies were tranfer to him after my former asgent retired. Next: Hang up

I have been with Allstate Insurance since the early 1970's and with Pat Weissbeck since Tom Royer. Pat went to bat for me in 2005 I will never forget it! Thanks again Pat!!

I am a little biased because I work here but Allstate has been my insurance company for about 30 years and although not always the cheapest but I think that they have always been fair. One of the reasons that I enjoy being an agent is that I enjoy ensuring that people know what they are paying for.
