Copeland insurance is awesome for me, and my company.  If a have questions about how I should handle a potential claim now, or in the future they always give me sound advice.  Certainly not just "agent speak", but really sound advice.  I've had them visit my business, and advise me on many matters concerning employees, and OSHA compliance.  Not just a  insurance company, a true friend you can count on!
