Very poor customer service, rude staff. I would not recommend Allen Sturtevant for your insurance needs. It is unfortunate that this agency represents Allstate which is an excellent insurance agency.

Allen and his team are friendly, courteous, reliable, and very efficient.  They always take good care of me whenever I need anything.  Having 2 offices is convenient too!  I highly recommend Allen Sturtevant if you like good customer service and high integrity!  He goes above and beyond.

What a great agent. Outstanding customer service and friendly folks at his office. I have all my insurance with Allen. He Rocks.

Excellent agent, he and his staff go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. If and when there is an issue Allen will be sure it is immediately corrected personally. There are many agents much closer, this agent is more than 200 miles from me but takes care of my business like I'm their neighbor.
