Always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient!

The Merkley group is great.  Statefarm as a whole is good until you actually file a claim.  Then they make excuses for not covering damages.  Moving on to a better insurance company!

John has been our agent for about 20 years. He is a very professional agent and provides great service. Highly recommend him.

We've been customers of this office for over 10 years.  In that time, we've had two teen drivers and a couple of accidents.  State Farm has been flawless in their responsiveness to every situation we've been involved in.  I don't see going elsewhere any time soon.

Simply the best crew!
