Jesse Leal - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would like to give a big Thank You to Jesse and Tom Casias for all the great and kind work during our recent claim. They were both wonderful especially Tom. They mad the experience very easy.

SF is a terrible company, and Jesse Leal is one of their mouthpieces. Be sure to interrupt Jesse Leal when he feeds you a line of B.S. he reads off of his screen he loves that! Jesse has bad cutomer service and is unprofessional at best.

I asked to have auto pay turned off and that I would pay my bill on the 1st either call in or online. Of course they didn't turn it off and they auto withdrawn my account when I was short on funds causing me to go over $200 negative in my account and I have to pay a overdraft fee, thanks guys...

I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. In the past they have been extremely helpful. Not so much this time.

Jesse told me and gave me everything for me to feel safe and comfortable. I know that in their hands I am going to be absolutely taken care of.
