Allure Transportation, Shuttle and Limo Services

I unfortunately booked my wedding unknowingly during all star weekend in New Orleans and everything from hotels to limos were very expensive! All the companies I spoke to gave me ridiculous rates and didn't really give me the time of day to discuss my actual needs for my wedding day, but not allure transportation! My first interaction with Peter (the owner) was a very excellent one! He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me making sure he customized a package with the best rate for my transportation needs. He also works with the military community and offered us a military discount. He is warm, friendly, and very personable! He kept in touch with me throughout the process and even gave his personal phone number and email in case I needed to contact him regarding my day. On my actual wedding day, Peter arrived at the exact time per our contract. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and how much care he put into getting each and every bridesmaid into the limo bus! We couldn't figure out how to work the Bluetooth for the sound system and he even pulled over and showed us. The limo bus he used to pick us up in is TOP OF THE LINE! I cannot stress that enough. The inside had caramel leather seats, multi colored lights, a bar, and much more. His vehicle is very well maintained and taken care of. We could stand up in the limo bus as it is super spacious, this goes a long way when you have bridesmaids in long gowns! He even sang with us to Bruno Mars - 24kt . Peter is amazing and genuinely cares for his customers! Above all, what stood out to me the most was I paid for a point A to point B transfer with Peter. However, we arrived to the venue a little early at 6:15 and they were not letting anyone inside until 6:30. It was pouring rain outside and at that point Peter had did his job according to contract. Instead of telling us to get off the bus, he let us stay on the limo bus and allowed our photographer to come in and take pictures. He was super patient and overall understanding. He didn't even charge me EXTRA money for the wait. He is a gem! I would definitely use allure transportation again!

Booked allure shuttle for a corporate function and the service and limos were exquisite. Everything was like brand new. We have rented from other companies before and were disappointed with the quality and unkept nature of the vehicles. However, not only did Allure arrive early, in a like new vehicle, but they also went above and beyond to make sure our guests were overly satisfied. Thanks again for the great service! Highly recommend

I found Peter and his company on google and trusted it. I then called him and he made sure that I was comfortable on the phone, so we discussed my trip and squared things away. Upon my arrival in NO Peter was right there to get myself and my sisters. He gave us a great ride in a brand new limo bus. He dropped us at our hotel then came back the next day to take us to the cruise port. He spent some extra time with us the second day taking us on a little tour of the area. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcomed and safe. I appreciated the great service and looke forward to returning to NO and using Peter again. Thanks Peter from the sisters!!!
