This company is the most reliable and cheapest in new Orleans, the drivers are so nice and friendly. The ride was a safe and smooth coming and going. I would highly recommended any one to New Orleans Tours.

New Orleans tours has got to be the worst motor coach company I have ever dealt with and I have been a travel professional for over 12 years. They cancelled a day of our groups (school) trip with 3 days left to go before the group left for New Orleans from New York State. They had had the full itinerary for months before and the confirmation and payment information 10 days before they cancelled that day. They also were no help whatsoever in trying to find us a replacement bus for the day that they cancelled. Run...... don't walk away from this company as they are unreliable and unprofessional as they also do not adhere to their contracts. If it were possible to give them less than one star I would but you must have one clicked to submit a review....!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE & HORRIBLE!! DO NOT use this bus company under any circumstances!!!!! We contracted for 2-55 passenger buses and 2 tour guides for our family reunion March 2012 for our reunion July 2013. Appears to be lots of employee turn-over at this company. Our contract was breached by this company. Ed Johnson, company manager admitted that they had "dropped the ball". The company failed to request tour guides for our tour & ONE of the TWO buses bared no name for the first move and the second move, NEITHER bus disclosed New Orleans Tours on the sides. Our tour (if you could call it that) was doomed before it ever got started. Ed Johnson admitted to us that he was aware of our situation on Saturday; however, he never made any attempts to contact us with any apologizes to our group of 75. It took us making a surprise visit to their offices on Monday before leaving town, to express our dissatisfaction of this bus company, and to see what sort of compensation could be had. We are still waiting to hear back from Mr. Johnson, who supposedly needed to speak to his "higher ups" about what more could be done to bring resolution to this matter. This company's business practices are just unethical and Ed Johnson and staff are unprofessional. A huge part of our reunion (city tour) was lost. We will never be able to recoup the time or experience we all anxiously anticipated, after 2 long years of planning. Like the previous reviewer, I too will be contacting the Louisiana Attorney's General Office to file a formal complaint. The disposition of the person in charge, Ed Johnson was just lackadaisical. You managed to ruin that part of our reunion, Mr. Johnson, but rest assured, it will not go without accountability and penalty to that atrocious company you call New Orleans Tours.
