This was a 5 star experience! I am new to Charlotte and this is my first time coming to a salon. I was so nervous but these ladies were amazing! They were so kind and professional. I LOVE my hair. They knew just how to handle my African roots honey. This was my first Dominican Blowout and it won't be my last. They even hooked up my brows before I left. They really helped boost my confidence. It wasn't until I checked out that I discovered my bank decided to block my debit card do to suspicious activity on my account. I was so embarrassed but they were still kind and didn't shame me while I worked out something to complete my payment. I've never been treated so well at a salon. Thank you so much. I feel beautiful and ready to get back out there again!

Hands down, the best hair salon. I make the almost two hour drive from Asheville just to get my hair done here, because I will be taken care of here. I have THICK and long hair, and they handle my hair with such care. My hair and scalp have never felt better. I highly recommend this salon!Services: Haircut

Great spot to let yourself be pampered. Rosanna, did a wonderful job at cutting hair. She listened and understood my thinning hair issues. Great customer service not too busy if you go in first thing in morning. But I do recommend scheduling an appointment for a mani pedi or blowout done.

Few things I really didn’t like about this salon: 1. The women who washed my hair literally scratched me on my head. I had to tell her to slow down because it was hurting me like hell. 2. I called them before going to the salon, I asked the lady over the phone, how much would it cost for hair wash and hair cut, she said approximately 45$. I was charged 75$ which was ridiculous. 3. The lady who cut my hair was really sweet but she just left me two minutes after she started and returned after 20 minutes. She took exactly 6 minutes to finish my hair cut. I asked her how much would the blow dry cost, I was told including the blow dry it would be 140$. I really don’t understand for what are they charging a bomb.

First time going there and They did an excellent job with my blowout! also added a deep conditioning treatment and trim and i was very satisfied. Will definitely come back again.Services: Blowouts
