Pinky Nails is the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to nail and feet care. Their pedicures are out of this world relaxing and they are always careful to give the best service. These are the nicest people. I’ve been coming to Pinky Nails since 2014 when I moved back to Charlotte. People come here because they know the service is quality and they’re going to receive good treatment. Conversations, greetings and goodbyes are met with hugs and “see you next time friend!” I mean how great is that! It’s always been a wonderful experience for me and if I don’t love the polish “I” chose, they are willing to let you pick something else or suggest another. Just remember folks: If you or other people are complaining, ask yourself how you are treating your service worker? Remember it’s not always them…sometimes it can be you. Roach infested. A big roach crawled out while I was there and the nail pedicure technician baby killed it with no hesitation Then pedicure tech picked up the roach with tissue and threw it out. I politely asked her to wash her hands and she said she would not because she didn’t touch anything. Very unsanitary. I was already skeptical when the roach crawled out but I heard the pedicure tech was really good so I thought why not give it a try but then when she refused to wash her hands that made my decision very easy

The smile on my favorite nail tech and my baby girl doing his nails on my sons birthday rainy weather may be making the queen city dark but this place is a ray of sunshine. My weekly get away 2 years later I am getting married and I drove 45 minutes to get my nails done because no one in concord can do nails like Pinky’s.

Very professional and quick. Rarely a long line. I get very basic nails and I love them. The workers never give me a problem.

Never going back!!!!! Step 1 to running a successful business acknowledge your customers when they walk in the door. I waited for 20 minutes and apparently I still was not important enough to be acknowledged. I will spend my money elsewhere. In fact having a wonderful experience getting my nails done at Solar Nails. If you go there and don't get acknowledged go across the street where the people are nice and want your service.
