Front office staff very friendly however ... my 15 year old was scheduled at noon to have all four wisdom teeth removed , we weren’t called back till a little after 1pm mind you my daughter has not ate since 10 pm the night before she’s hungry and nervous! After surgery we were not told she was in recovery till the receptionist noticed her sitting there alone and came and got us to sit with her ! Not one time did the dentist / surgeon come into recovery and go over after surgery instruction or explain if the surgery went well if there were any complications etc .... never will I recommend this office ... feeling like a bad parent for choosing them I definitely wish I wouldn’t have

I was promised that they would have fill ins and teeth pulled in one day and I'd be out the whole time. I woke up in the middle and they was leveling my teeth which I did not ask for. Told me to go back to sleep and I couldnt. They said I was all done a few months later tell me they needed to do more work to my teeth. And the filling have been chipping and now a year later my teeth are so sensitive to cold weather that I get migraine. Will not be going back.

One of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to!! The staff always makes you feel welcome when you walk in. The office manager Felicia always fits your appointment needs weather it’s making, rescheduling or making urgent appointments. Dr. Ming Yu is awesome and very informative when he does any work. Overall I would highly recommend others to come here!

The entire staff were super friendly! They explained everything thoroughly & were very helpful. I'd recommend Alpha Dental to everyone!

Not very happy. They do have a great office BUT I went for a procedure that required a follow up a week later. (A Monday)I scheduled for a week later and ended up returning before a week(Thursday) because of pain. While in the office they finished the original procedure and I was told to return in a few days and they would start second procedure. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and returned. Upon my return I was told they could not take care of me as a patient any longer because I had no called no showed Monday. I tried explaining that I had came in early on a Thursday etc. so my Monday appt. Should have been cancelled.They agreed then informed me it was my job to cancel even if I ended up coming in before my appt. They said when I came on Thursday I should have cancelled my Monday appt. before making my Tuesday appt. WHAT????
