I'm retired army and I had an appointment to fix a filling that came put and was hurting. The women at the front desk didn't know how to find my Tri-Care Delta dental insurance for retired military. She was very incompetent in her job. 9 out of 10 retired military has Tri-Care Delta dental insurance for retired military. She didn't know how to find my dental insurance coverage information. So i had to leave without see the dentist. I went to Smile Dental Clinic on Norton Rd. Galloway, oh. Within few minutes the dentist receptionist found my insurance cover. They were so great I was seen by the dentist within 30 minutes and I was a walk in. I don't know how great the dentis is but first impressions say a lot. I'll never go back and this clinic doesn't deserve a rating at all. If I had to give a rating it would be a negative 5 stars.

I have been going there for well over 15 yrs. Since they were in the mail behind Chinese restaurant. Everyone is very nice and polite. Different dentist since Estreicher retired. Dr. Paulson is wonderful.

Have been going for a few years. Prices are not bad and the dentist is super kind. I have very bad anixety and have in the past accutaly punched a doctor. Here they will let you choose how fast they go or if you need a moment. I have had multiple root canals , teeth pulled, and fillings by them. Its the only place I will go.

I have to agree with the other low star post. the women who answered the phone was horribly rude. Deffintly going to find some place else if that's how it is just to call in.

Just called to see if they took Caresource insurance since this is South High St. for gods sake & the woman who answered was the rudest woman ever!! Where does she think she's at, Polaris??? I would never go there even if they did!!
