A year ago I had a root canal and a crown, paid my bill in full and moved on. Six months later I receive a bill in the mail for $600 more without explanation. I contact the office and they said my insurance didn’t pay as expected.  I asked if my insurance was contacted at the time of the procedure but did not get a response. For months an office manager went back and forth with me on why don’t I know what my insurance pays for, as is I have root canals monthly or I didn’t have new insurance. I informed him repeatedly it was their job to bill me and handle my insurance correctly as I paid the bill presented to me. Since they have out this bill on my credit. So I have sent to the Ohio Attorney Generals and Insurance Office and I’m about to contact the BBB.  Good thing I kept the receipt and all the emails. Beware if you don’t want surprises many, many months later and be made responsible for someone clearly not doing their job.

Fixed my bridge on very short notice. Got me in fast the next day. The doctor was very friendly and gave me laughing gas when I asked for it. Very professional indeed.

I had never been to a dentist before my visit here. I had no idea what to expect. The staff there were very friendly and could answer every question I had (although I didn't have many because they answered them before I got the chance to ask!) I was very impressed by the cleanliness and comforting feel of the whole place, from the waiting area to the dental chair, everything was very neat. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who asks! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

This is by far one of the BEST dentist offices I’ve ever been to in my life. Not only do they use the most up to date equipment, throughly take time with you to discuss payment options and coverage, little to no wait for appointment times, offer you beverages for your nonexistent wait time... the staff are the most compassionate, empathetic people!

To be brutally honest of my overall review of them, a few cons are they are a tad pricey, the office can get chilly. However they will offer you a blanket and you have to pay for exceptional service so I understand their prices. 

The dentists are so compassionate and driven for their work. Their consultations are always filled with so much knowledge, ensuring you understand, empathy and they never make you feel bad. They authenticity want to help you! I wish they were my regular doctor lol

I have never had an unfriendly dental hygienist. These hygienist are so sweet but authenticly happy with their jobs and that’s so important! Yesterday I had a lot of work done prior to my insurance running out due to an unforeseen life changing event and my hygienist was more than I could put in words. She made me smile for the 1st time since my life changed. She reminded me their is still humanity and compassion for others at a really tough time. I will be forever grateful. Thank you!

The office and staff are great!  The care that's given , very good.   I plan to make this Dental Center, the place to take care of my Dental needs.  The Dentist and Assistants, are wonderful!  You are in good hands there.
