If I could give zero I would. Originally all I need was a crown. Then they added a bunch a fillings though not too expensive but during one of the filling, they cracked my teeth!! After I identified the issue and talk to the dentist, he just put it off and refuse to look at it for had a year!!! Now I they told me the teeth is cracked and I need additional crown on it which my insurance won’t cover anymore!!! It’s just not worth saving the money to go here!! Don’t ever come here!!!

The Doctors are not rushed and they explain everything.  Best dental visit I ever had!  I had 2 cavities filled.  Everyone is very helpful and nice.  There is a paid parking garage, no free parking.

Be wary of the "screening clinic" if you don't have 8 hours (seriously!) spread out over several appointments just to get your teeth cleaned. I understand that student dental hygienists have to get their practice in somewhere (and the student I was assigned to was nice and professional, so I don't put any blame on her), but that is ridiculous! They need to bring in more faculty supervisors so that the students can do more than a couple minutes worth of work at a time. I wasted two hours just figuring out how long the whole process was really going to take--apparently they discourage the students and staff from disclosing this up front--and all they accomplished in that time was a medical history and a quick check of my mouth to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. Who has time for that???

I've been there 3 times and I've had the worst experience...2 times they couldn't get my tooth out and ended up ripping my gums and needing stitches now I go in for a root canal got there at 730 and at 2pm I had to tell them hey I have to get home to my 3 month old son..so he stopped in the middle of the root canal and now it's midnight and I'm up with the worst pain ever I want to smash my head into a brick wall. He told me that he got the root out and it wouldn't hurt me.....to come back to get it filled....well I'm 2 seconds away from going into the emergency room because I feel like I'm going to pass out...I can't belive this seriously 5 hrs for a root canal???

As someone with an extreme fear of dentists, I was absolutely terrified to have my badly decayed tooth looked at, but the agony I was in left me with no choice. However, the students at the OSU emergancy clinic were extremely gentle and so caring. Yes, you have to get there exactly at 7:30 and you can still expect a wait ,but its worth it. We decided on a root canal, and they escorted a very scared me up to have the procedure (done by Dr. Stamos) reassuring me the entire way up that Id be in great hands. They were right. This Dr bent over backwards to make sure I didn't feel an ounce of pain. He knew how worried I was and saw to it that I was totally comfortable through the entire procedure. I've never had a better dental experience. My pain is gone and I could not be more grateful!!!!!!!
