OMG!  Where to start!!!  I had the most fantastic first visit to the Dentist (which I normally hate to go to!)  I feel like I was definitely the center of attention and attention was given to every detail of my conversation.  I am on the road to a great "plan of healing" and "feeling better about myself!"  I can't say enough good things about this Dental office.....from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left.....it was all about what they could do to help me achieve whatever service I may need and all of this was done so professionally and yet with warmth and caring.  Love them!!!

Nervous about going to the dentist from the beginning, this was by far the friendliest dentist office and I am happy to say my new permanent dentist. Everything was explained ahead of time, no surprises. Extremely friendly staff and doctors made me feel like I was catching up with old friends not at the dentist. The transparency in billing and what to expect at the next appointment was extremely helpful from a budgeting standpoint. I know exactly what to expect. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office ‘home’. I will be back for many years.

This is, without a doubt, the best dental office I've ever been to.  Today was my first time there and I've already told everyone I've talked to about Northstar Dental and what a great experience I had.  You are not just another patient here.  They make sure to go above and beyond with making your visit as unique as you, from the moment you enter until the moment you leave.  I've been to great dentists before but there was always something lacking at some point in care but not here.  Exceptional office, people, and care!

Every time I go to North Star Dental they are friendly, welcoming and on time.  I have had various procedures done by Dr. Pheifer and have consistently had the best dental work (comfort and appearance) of anywhere I have been.  Their staff makes an extra effort to offer you a personalized experience and I have referred a number of friends and family to their office.  I highly recommend this dental practice!

Staff is super nice! They strive to make you feel comfortable.  I personally fear the dentist but felt no fear. I will definitely go back.
