Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Day Care Center

I was currently trying to enroll my 2 year old daughter in this daycare & just before I went through with it one of the employees was just giving me attitudes. The Intake lady at that everyone else was nice and seemed like an alright place to enroll my daughter. I was on the phone with the " family day " lady and she had an nasty attitude as if she was being bothered and I was being respectful with her answering all her questions and she came off to me as nasty and rude. So after letting her dish her attitude I just couldn't take it anymore and I hung up on her. She made it seem as though she didn't need me or my daughter she wasn't welcoming AT ALL and I would NEVER want my daughter to attend here ESPECIALLY being out of my sight just that 1 attitude through me off the whole registry 3/8/2017 I'll find something else better hopefully P.s Iam not that desperate for child care maybe they should learn how to speak to people ! This is MYYYY EXPERIENCE HERE i can only speak on WHAT I OBSERVED ! Others may be more “okay” with their establishment

This place is the worst of the worst the services is horrible specially Ms.keebe this lady is so unprofessional doesn't do her job correctly doesn't remember conversations you had with her doesn't remember your kids names, how in the world they have someone like that placing kids in the daycare system. Waisted 4 months on the back and ford felt descrimated ultimately to tell ya I have to start the process all over again at another facilty.

@AARON PERSAUD YOUR THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO GET HELP BECAUSE A TEACHER IS NEVER ALLOWED TO SLAP A CHILD IN THE FACE, PINCH THEIR NECK AND MAKE THEM BLEED NO MATTER THE CURCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!! ""MS.G"" ABUSED my child and the director of the whole place was defending her knowing what the teacher was doing to my 3 year old. The rest of the staff is OK with the exception of ""MS.G"" as everyone there calls her. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Jess P. I had two children in Ms. G. class. She is a wonderful teacher. My children loved her. I have seen your child in action. Your son needs special help. My son would come home and talk about your son behavior with the other children. These teachers spend more time with our children. Your son need services. Do yourself a favor and get him the help he needs before it's to late for him. The public school will not deal with his behavior problems like these teachers did. DON'T BLAME THE TEACHERS FOR HIS BEHAVIOR PROBLEM. Ms. G is a wonderful teacher. The children loves her. The director beleive in her and knows she a good teacher. Parents are in DENIAL about their children when they have a problem.
