Has a very good reputation nationally and internationally. Students are very well respected while traveling worldwide especially if wearing CU shirt. Highly recommended.

The combination of a diverse and rigorous curriculum, extraordinary students and teachers, and the buzz of the "Big Apple", appeals to many but still scares some parents at the undergraduate level. Columbia College or Columbia Engineering coupled with the "street smarts" New York life, offers is synergistic advantage. At the post graduate level, the quality of research of doctoral candidates, postdoctoral Fellows and the Faculty, makes Columbia University, one of most impactful global places to conduct academic research

My mother went here. It's a beautiful place. I dream of getting in. I'm told by my teachers that I have the smarts, I just need to put more effort into my work. It's a great place and I really hope to major there in science one day.

Columbia provided me with an excellent foundation and confidence to think outside the box, take on new challenges and embrace learning. The School of Social Work provided me with the knowledge to become an accomplished clinician.

Received a master's degree from Columbia. Wonderful memories of a comforting neighbourhood and a good school. Highly recommended experience.
